Pan-Pearson Hackathon | June 2013

Ideate. Collaborate. Code.

COMPLETE

Challenge Brief

Ideate             Come up with cool ideas for apps that could be used by Pearson businesses.

Collaborate   Find people you would like to work with to bring the idea to reality.

Code              Build products and show off what you've done.

<H>acking takes place June 6th and 7th

Your project should use at least one Pearson API (FT, Penguin, Education). Each team will have 1.5 days to design and build their hack, ideally coming up with as much of a working concept as possible.

Last fall Pearson held its very first company-wide hackathon. The two day global event saw hundreds of Pearson employees collaborating side-by-side and remotely, with its main locations  headquartered in New York City, Minneapolis, Indianapolis, San Francisco, London, Beijing, Delhi, and more!

This June we will be kicking off our second Pan-Pearson Hackathon and hope that you will join us. Check out last year's highlights of the event on Neo along with an onsite video of the London hackathon below.
